The Stepping Stone was established to bridge the gap between the requirements of professional PHP and AJAX programmers and the lack of their availability.

The biggest problem with training institutes is that they are training institutes.

They teach things that are in the hype, not what is needed in the industry. The faculty are teachers, they are not programmers. They have excellent command over the programming languages but have absolutely no idea about what happens in the programming world.

That is why we started The Stepping Stone.

In this institute, we we do not teach. We work with the students just like the way they would work in a software company.

We do not have faculties and teachers to provide training, we invite programmers from software companies to give lectures and assignments based on their real life professional experience.
We have an extensive feedback and reporting system that ensures that every aspect of the students is monitored.

And then we use all this data to place the programmers in various companies.

The idea is to develop the same programming skills in the students that is needed by the companies.
